Abuse

Users of ChoiceLevel’s services agree not to use any type of screen scrapers, bots, macros, mass downloaders, or similar technology in order to rip or harvest data or for any other purpose. Resale of any and all parts of the ChoiceLevel product is prohibited. ChoiceLevel accounts should be considered single user accounts; the sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. ChoiceLevel reserves the right to terminate any users account for abuse, which shall be defined as including but not limited to the terms and conditions in the first part of this paragraph.

Other Terms and Conditions

ChoiceLevel is not to be considered a screening product for the following: Any kind of insurance including health insurance, employment screening (this includes benefits, perks, or other business services), loans or credit applications, scholarships or fellowships, and applications for housing or any other type of accommodations. ChoiceLevel is not compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Any person or entity using ChoiceLevel’s services for such purposes assumes sole responsibility for compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all/any other applicable laws.

Disputes

All users of ChoiceLevel’s services agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Privacy

ChoiceLevel will not give or sell user account information to any third party unless required by law. All credit card and other sensitive data will be stored on a secure server.
